Mrs. Roselyne L. Raelly, FCIS, MBA is the founder of Morning Star Consultancy. She has rich experience in Corporate and Company law requirements for a company, training, corporate governance, systems implementation, strategic planning, human resource, public sector capacity building, and management consultancy.
Dr. Lassew Dennis Raelly, DMIN comes in with rich experience in management and leadership. After serving in leadership position for a not-for profit organization, he is able to train in leadership, board room proceedings.
Mr. Steven Lyell Raelly BBA Management –Managing Consultant comes in with experience in accounting, business planning, marketing and hotel management consultancy. He has worked in the recycling industry as finance and accounting manager, hospitality industry as accountant and also a systems developer for an IT firm.
Mr. Tom Joseph Thewo, B.Acc FCCA FZICA has just taken up partnership in the firm in the Lusaka office and is a Bachelor of Accounting graduate with post-graduate professional accountancy training as a chartered certified accountant and a member of ZICA. He has been involved with Thewo and Company and Thewo Corporate Services Limited for most part of his career. He has a rich mix of experience with various donor funded projects and programmes, Professional accountancy training and consultancy. For the last eight years he has contributed immensely as an audit expert in the training of chartered certified accountants at the Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies (ZCAS). He has had experience with NORAD, GTZ, USAID, UNDP and various other donor funded work in the public and private sector, within and outside the country in a consulting capacity. Associate Consultants: maintain a database of qualified consultants with rich experience in consultancy where we draw from to meet our various assignments.
